We opened our doors in 2008 and have been welcoming patients from all walks of life ever since. Madi

Practice Manager

Madi is our Practice Manager. She loves getting to know her patients and ensuring they have a fantastic experience. Madi was born and raised on a farm in a small town in southern Utah, where she developed a passion for the outdoors. When Madi isn’t working, she enjoys outdoor activities like riding Razors, boating, traveling, and spending quality time with her family outside. Madi graduated from Dixie State University with a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration in 2022.

Amanda

Insurance/Billing Coordinator

Amanda is the guru behind all of our patients’ billing and insurance claims. With a history in general dentistry and orthodontics, she’s seen it all, and knows all the best ways to ensure our patients receive their maximum benefit. One of Amanda’s favorite parts of her job is the friendly environment we’ve created, where we can combine hard work with a little fun. At home, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids.

Financial Coordinator

Lisa is one of our financial coordinators. She is originally from California and has been in Salt Lake City for the last 20 years raising her three boys. She has since settled down in St. George and absolutely loves it here. The warm, friendly community drew her and her husband to Southern Utah. She has over 35 years experience in the medical field and loves working in this “positive vibe” office where everyone truly cares about our patients and each other. Lisa has an abundance of hobbies both indoor and outdoor, but mostly loves to play with her dog or float in her pool.
