Chad S. Sloan,
MD, DDS
With both a medical and a dental degree, Dr. Sloan brings advanced surgical training to patients in St. George, and across Southern Utah.
About Dr. Sloan
Dr. Chad Sloan is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with fellowship training in facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. As a dual-degree surgeon holding both an MD and a DDS, he is trained to treat the mouth, jaws, and face as one connected system, which allows him to restore how your smile functions while also caring about how it looks.
Dr. Sloan believes great surgery starts with careful planning and a genuine understanding of each patient’s goals. He uses modern surgical planning, including 3D imaging, and evidence-based techniques to create treatment plans tailored to the individual. His goal is simple: natural-looking, long-lasting results delivered with the same kindness and personal attention Oral and Facial Surgery Institute patients have trusted since 2008.
